Saba has joined the United Nations Global Compact to support the ten principles the organisation promotes concerning human rights, labour rights, the environment and the fightagainst corruption. Saba is committed to making the Global Compact and its principles part of the company’s strategy, culture and daily actions, and to engaging in partnership projects that advance the United Nations’ broadest development goals.
It is the largest voluntary corporate social responsibility initiative in the world with over 12,000 signatories in more than 145 countries. Saba has joined the Spanish network of the Global Compact, which currently has 2,600 member entities. The Red Española has been, since its foundation, one of the leading national platforms of the Global Compact and the local network with the largest number of signatories.
